The restaurant was so good. There were many kinds of food and taste was so good. Especially, there was a very small kids club inside the restaurant. While we had a breakfast, my kid could play there. It was so convenient. Also, there were lots of sweeties such as chocolate cookie and various kinds of fruits, so she liked it. If we have another chance, we will stay there again.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast spread with huge buffet selection with plentiful options. Amazing facilities with friendly staff. There is a decent sized gym open 24h(with option of classes to book). There are two long swimming pools which doesn't get crowded plus the option of the beach. Location is further out from the centre but near all the other 5* hotels and the hotel offers a shuttle into the centre (otherwise taxis are cheap and super easy to hail via grab or concierge). Spa facilities in a beautiful tranquil setting. Overall would highly recommend and we were told it's the best hotel on the island!

Breakfast was huge with plenty of choices. Reastaurants (4 in total) were good in quality but not maybe in variety of choices.

Staff were friendly and attentive! Service was second to none at the restraunts. Julie at reception made everything run smoothly with great communication. Junior suite has an fantastic view, huge shower area, bath with a view and comfortable bed. Kay did a great cocktail making class which is worth visiting up on the 19th floor to then stay for some sensational picture perfect sunsets.

Everything is right at this hotel . Nice rooms, very helpful staff, clean, nice gym, good breakfast, great restaurants. The last days were very busy because of public holidays, but the hotel handled everything well. We had problems with visa and they were very helpfull. Staff at restaurant is very nice. We were happy they opened Sea shack for breakfast as well as the other restaurant was very busy. Beach area is very nice, pool great. There is a Spanish manager who is very attentive. Bar on top of tje building is fantastic. What a great design! Music is great, staff here as well. Well done Intercontinental, would say 10/10, especially for your staff

The pool and beach facilities were impeccable, and met every expectation. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, in general. Our room was very nice, with a great balcony.

Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness throughout our stay there! The resort is very well equipped with wonderful facilities! Many restaurants to choose from for our meals, not to mention the wonderful spread at breakfast! We also enjoyed the water activities i.e. kayaking, gym, candle making class and rental bicycles. We absolutely loved our little getaway for our anniversary! ❤️

This is a fantastic property with absolutely wonderful staff. The quality of the rooms is excellent, the dining options varied and to a high standard and the rooms maintained and cleaned very well. The staff were helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Binh at Ombra was fantastic as was everyone else we met from front of house to the cleaning staff.
